Jay H. Jordan:

Jay H. Jordan, a member of the scientific and technical cadre of senior executives, is Technical Director for the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Cost and Economics, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, Washington, D.C. Mr. Jordan is responsible for the quality of all Air Force cost and economic analyses reviewed by Headquarters Air Staff to support major resource allocation decisions. He leads the Air Force cost research program, coordinating Air Force efforts with other government and industry cost analytical organizations.
Mr. Jordan began his career in as an analyst in the Cost Analysis Division, Naval Air Systems Command, Washington, D.C., where he supported the development of cost estimates for experimental and notional weapons systems. Since 1990, he has been employed by the Air Force, and has held a variety of positions in cost analysis and financial management. Prior to his current position, Mr. Jordan was Technical Director of the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency, Arlington, Va.
