Kenneth I. Percell:

Kenneth I. Percell, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, 402nd Maintenance Wing, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Ga. Mr. Percell directs the center?s largest wing with more than 7,000 assigned military and civilian personnel. The maintenance wing is responsible for depot-level maintenance for the C-5, C-17, F-15 and C-130 weapon systems, as well as depot and field-level test, maintenance and repair manufacturing capabilities. He has responsibility for management of the Avionics Center for the Air Force, all Air Force electronic warfare systems, software maintenance and associated support equipment. Mr. Percell is the force renewal panel chairman for the communications and information force development program.
Mr. Percell attended the University of California in Davis, where he obtained Bachelor of Science degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. Prior to his current position, Mr. Percell was Director of Information Technology, Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
