Photo pending. Mr. Mark D. Johnson, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Director, 448th Combat Sustainment Wing, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. He is responsible for supply chain management, including acquisition sustainment, for the center?s assigned engines and aircraft commodities. Mr. Johnson served for more than 24 years in the Air Force, retiring in September 2002 in the rank of colonel. He began his career as an aircraft maintenance officer and attended the Air Force Logistics Career Broadening Program. He commanded an equipment maintenance squadron, served as executive officer to Deputy Chief of Staff for Logistics at Headquarters U.S. Air Force, and was Director of Aircraft for the Oklahoma City ALC. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Johnson was Chief of the Commodities Division, Ogden ALC, Hill AFB, Utah.
