Robert D. Stuart, a member of the Senior Executive Service, is Deputy for Budget, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Financial Management and Comptroller, Washington, D.C.
Mr. Stuart was born in Bellingham, Wash. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in history from Seattle's University of Washington in 1967 and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1970. He also has attended Armed Forces Staff College in Norfolk, Va.
Mr. Stuart entered government service with the Air Force in 1975 and began work in the comptroller career field.
